We are confident you will be happy with your purchase! If not however, please contact us to obtain a return authorization form within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise. You will be sent the RA form via email within 48 hours. You MUST obtain a Return Authorization Approval before returning any items. We will NOT accept any return requests after 48 hours.

Only unworn and originally packaged items will be accepted for return or exchange.

Your return must include the Authorization form in your package. Packages are NOT eligible for a refund if received after 10 days and will instead receive merchandise credit.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges for merchandise credit are also accepted within 10 days of package delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition with their original packaging as they were shipped.

 

 

Sale, Special orders, Promotional codes and Personalized items cannot be returned. These items are FINAL SALE.

 

Double check personalized order request, such as monogram engraving, before placing it as it will be FINAL SALE.

SALE items are not returnable and are FINAL SALE.

Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria and has been shipped back to us, we will send directly back to the customer.

 

Shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise are non-refundable and we do not pay for shipment of merchandise. Exchanges are subject to shipping charges.

You are welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt and the issued Return Authorization form. An email confirmation will be sent upon arrival of merchandise.
